Every document assessed in Amplifi generates a timestamped, auditable record. Baseline scores are captured at the point of upload, and every subsequent change is logged against the user who made it.
This creates a complete evidence trail showing how each communication has been tested, improved, and governed over time.

Amplifi's models were built using detailed OECD literacy data and the FCA's own Financial Lives data.
Persona reporting provides additional intelligibility scores for specific cohorts. These include readers without English as a first language, and those with lower levels of literacy and formal education.
These scores allow firms to assess communications against the specific audiences most at risk of not understanding them, meeting the FCA's expectation that firms consider the needs of customers in vulnerable circumstances.
