The FCA’s consumer duty requires that firms test and simplify their communications. We've developed Amplifi to enable our clients to be able to test and improve their customer communications effectively and efficiently.

In this article we're going to look at the science and research that underpins Amplifi, and some of the work we've done with Regulators to test and demonstrate our techniques.
